We help our medical scheme clients to manage and reduce costs through greater efficiencies, while keeping the quality of healthcare high. We do this by working with and coordinating a network of GPs – as the essential primary healthcare co-ordinators – to ensure the appropriate utilisation of medical scheme benefits.
Pan African Managed Care empowers healthcare service providers with the necessary tools to fulfil their role in enhancing clinical interventions within the existing healthcare system. PAMC has developed extensive clinical protocols and baskets of care based on the Chronic Disease List (CDL). These protocols contain guidelines on the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of these conditions.
PAMC continuously measures and manages members clinical outcomes in conjunction with our contracted primary healthcare network, consisting of over 3800 contracted service providers with an extensive national geographical footprint.
